FAQ
1: Why bolt‑down terminal for EV DC fuse?
A: Bolt‑down connection delivers stable low‑resistance contact under vehicle vibration and shock, avoiding loose connection risk compared with clip‑type fuses, critical for automotive applications.
2: Need current derating for high‑altitude installation?
A: Yes. When installation altitude over 2000 m, heat dissipation degrades. Contact our engineering team for derating suggestion.
3: What torque should I apply for M5 mounting bolt?
A: Recommended tightening torque: 4.5±1.0 N·m. Too high torque will crack terminal; insufficient torque will result in overheating.
