FAQ
1: What does aR utilization category mean?
A: aR means partial‑range semiconductor backup fuse, optimized for ultra‑fast short‑circuit protection for semiconductor devices. Normally it needs to coordinate with separate overload‑protection device in the whole system.
2: Can H22F07 work above altitude 2000 m?
A: Yes. Performance derating will happen over 2000 m. Contact our engineering team for customized solution for high‑altitude projects.
3: Why choose aR semiconductor fuse instead of general‑purpose gG fuse?
A: Standard gG HRC fuses react too slow. Semiconductor chips can get destroyed in microseconds under short‑circuit fault. aR fuses feature low I²t let‑through energy, to cut fault current before semiconductor components get damaged.
