GFEV‑B300EH 1‑Way Mega & 4‑Way Midi Fuse Block

Product Overview

The GFEV‑B300EH acts as a 5‑way modular automotive fuse block developed by EssFuse. First of all, it combines one MEGA main‑circuit position together with four MIDI branch‑circuit positions inside one compact unit. It adopts high‑quality PA66 housing plus heavy‑duty brass terminals. Therefore, this power distribution module delivers stable overcurrent and short‑circuit protection for automobiles, RVs, electric vehicles, control boxes and modified vehicles.

Furthermore, the main circuit supports MEGA bolt‑down fuses with M8 studs, while four branch circuits fit MIDI bolt‑down fuses with M5 studs. This mixed‑design block separates high‑current main input and multi‑channel branch outputs. As a result, it works well for vehicle power refit, dual‑battery systems and on‑board control cabinet wiring.

FAQ

1: What fuses match GFEV‑B300EH?

A: The main circuit works with MEGA bolt‑down fuses (M8 stud). On the other hand, four branch circuits are designed for MIDI bolt‑down fuses (M5 stud. Compatible fuses can be found at EssFuse bolt‑down fuses category.

2: Can I install this fuse block inside the engine bay?

A: It uses PA66 durable housing for engine‑bay installation. Nevertheless, you should add extra waterproof housing if you expect long‑term direct water splash.

3: How do I choose correct fuse amp values?

A: The main‑circuit MEGA fuse must be higher than total load current. For this reason, each MIDI branch fuse should correspond to its individual branch load current.

4: Do you accept custom modification for GFEV‑B300EH?

A: Custom service is available. In fact, we support terminal adjustment, mounting‑hole modification and sample prototyping according to your drawing requirements.

5: What torque should I apply for M5 and M8 studs?

A: Please control tightening torque reasonably. Avoid over‑torque, otherwise you may crack PA66 housing or damage screw threads.

6: What is housing material?

A: The shell adopts PA66 engineering plastic, it meets general automotive mechanical and insulation requirements.
