Product Overview
1H20L series is gR full‑range fast‑acting bolt‑on ceramic cartridge DC‑EV fuse. Designed for circuits up to 125‑150V DC with rated current from 70A to 300A and breaking capacity up to 20kA. Widely deployed for semiconductor protection, mobile forklift, electric elevator, charger, power supply, on‑board battery, vehicle circuit and inverter integrated over‑current & short‑circuit protection.
It features powerful current‑limiting performance, ultra‑high breaking‑capacity and rapid short‑circuit tripping speed. It withstands temperature shock, mechanical shock, current surge and chemical load. Environmental reliability conforms to JASO D622, ISO 8820, GB/T31465.
The fuse body uses high‑temperature‑resistant high‑hardness ceramic tube. 99.99% pure silver variable‑cross‑section melt is sealed inside, filled with chemically‑treated high‑purity quartz‑sand arc‑extinguishing medium. Silver‑plated contact surfaces reduce temperature rise and power consumption. Spot‑welded joints between melt and contacts greatly enhance safety and reliability during short‑circuit fault breaking.
