All products are certified to UL 248 series (UL 248-1, -11, -13, -14), CE, CQC, TUV and RoHS standards. Full test reports and UL file numbers are available upon request. We can also provide CB reports for international certification conversion.

In-stock standard models ship within 24 hours. Custom or out-of-stock models typically take 7-15 working days. We work with DHL, FedEx, UPS for express delivery (3-7 days worldwide) and sea freight for large volume orders (25-35 days).

Yes, we offer full OEM and private labeling services including custom packaging, laser engraving, silk-screen printing and branded datasheets. Minimum order for private labeling is 500 pieces per model. We can also assist with UL file transfer for your brand.
