GFEVFUSE multi-way blade fuse box delivers high-current protection for new energy vehicles, hybrid cars, energy storage battery packs and DC power distribution units (PDU). First of all, this product line offers 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 16 circuit options to match diverse system designs. It uses an integrated flame-retardant plastic housing and dual-ear bolt mounting structure; therefore, engineers can complete assembly and wiring easily inside battery packs.

Besides, this fuse box targets high-voltage DC overcurrent and short-circuit protection and works directly with standard EV blade fuses. The built-in solid copper busbar keeps contact resistance low and improves heat dissipation. As a result, many OEMs and system integrators select it for DC circuit protection on electric vehicles, commercial trucks and stationary energy storage systems.

2: Can the housing achieve UL94-V0 flame retardant rating?

3: Can you customize copper busbar and change the direction of wire inlet & outlet?

4: Are fuse holder and blade fuses supplied separately?

5: What should be noted during installation?

A: Secure the unit with bolts on dual mounting lugs. Control bolt torque carefully so you do not crack the housing. After wiring, complete insulation protection to avoid short circuit risk.

6: Do all fuse boxes share the same width for different ways?

A: All models keep nearly identical width. Only the total length grows as you add more fuse positions, so you can carry out platform design of your products easily.
